The Problem
When new users first engage with a sheet, they are shown several help tips at once. People often close the help tips out immediately. The goal was to introduce a new on-boarding experience to set new users up for success.
The Solution and Result
This walkthrough set new users up for success and it performed better than the help tips when it comes to 1. converting trial users into paid users and 2. engaging with the Smartsheet product.
